Learning is “inside” at the current debate of the educational systems. “Learning to learn” has been a key competence that permits people to live a better and quality life. The research shows the direction of didactic actions that should be “for learning” and show how school organization should develop and foster the community of people. The school, as conseguence, needs a new leadership “for learning” to improve student results, a continuous teachers learning and be able to transform school in a community “for learning”.

Abstract
