The nature of the massive object at the Galactic Center (Sgr A*) is still unclear even if it is commonly believed that our Galaxy hosts a supermassive black hole. The main characteristics of the supermassive black hole scenario and of the more speculative models (a relativistic star cluster, a boson star and a neutrino ball) are reviewed here with particular emphasis to the constraints that present observations carried out in all wavelengths put on them.

Abstract
The nature of the massive object at the Galactic Center (Sgr A*) is still unclear even if it is commonly believed that our Galaxy hosts a supermassive black hole. The main characteristics of the supermassive black hole scenario and of the more speculative models (a relativistic star cluster, a boson star and a neutrino ball) are reviewed here with particular emphasis to the constraints that present observations carried out in all wavelengths put on them.File in questo prodotto:
