This paper introduces a research project focused on enhancing the overall lifestyle of the elderly through the implementation of an innovative remote monitoring system. Utilizing state-of-the-art Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, the project aims to gather comprehensive data through a network of non-intrusive sensors and devices. These devices are strategically selected to monitor an array of biomedical parameters (such as heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood oxygenation) as well as environmental conditions (including temperature and humidity), providing a holistic understanding of the factors influencing the well-being of the elderly. A core feature of the project is the deployment of a user-friendly mobile app designed to offer real-time access to health information for both elderly individuals and their caregivers. This interface facilitates seamless data tracking and, while the system is equipped with anomaly detection capabilities, the primary focus is on promoting a proactive approach to care. Through continuous monitoring and personalized interventions, the project aspires to improve the lifestyle of the elderly, emphasizing rest, social interaction, and overall physical and mental well-being.

Abstract
Through continuous monitoring and personalized interventions, the project aspires to improve the lifestyle of the elderly, emphasizing rest, social interaction, and overall physical and mental well-being.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
