The critical role of cyber resilience in safeguarding critical infrastructure, particularly healthcare systems, necessitates the integration of cybersecurity risks into traditional risk assessments. This study revisits a previously published risk assessment for Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) procedures, incorporating cyber risks as an emerging threat. The prioritization, classification, and evaluation processes are redone, considering cyber risks alongside traditional ones. The results are then compared to identify the relative importance of cyber risks and their impact on stakeholder risk perception within the healthcare system. Our findings reveal that cyber risks have become the primary threat to critical healthcare infrastructure. This necessitates an update to traditional risk evaluations, established standards, and response strategies.
