The Expression of the Person and the Promotion of Knowledge for the Realisation of the Goals of the UN 2030 Agenda

This article shows how the introduction of knowledge into any social context leads to a considerable advancement in solving humanity’s problems. The most comprehensive example that can be given is the 2030 agenda of the United Nations in which all the major problems facing our planet are posed. The greatest demonstration of the effectiveness of the philosophy of knowledge consists precisely in showing how critical thinking, recovering a tradition that goes all the way back to Aristotle and the pre-Socratic thinkers, can restore dignity to the person and solve economic, financial, bioanthropological and socio-cultural problems. In addition, knowledge presents itself as the best way of realising the human person in compliance with the Aristotelian precept that knowledge represents the highest function that the individual can achieve as well as the realisation of his belonging to the human species.
