This work focuses on consumer evaluation of bluefish products in terms of three distinguished investigation macro-dimensions: Consumer habits, Bluefish Perception, New Product Propensity. We analyse data to extract the contributions of variables in these macro-dimensions and discuss the phenomena of uncertainty and factor indeterminacy in their relevance as drivers of consumers' decisions.
