A Look Inside the Continuum: Greek Secondary Colonization Between Model and Experiment

Secondary colonization was a constant and inherent aspect of Greek colonial experience: it accompanies Greek presence everywhere, even if it takes different forms. From southern Italy and Sicily to the shores of southern France and Spain, and from Libya to Thrace and the Black Sea. Based on the results of some long-spanning investigations, the paper focuses on some recurrent and important features of these colonizations to gain some general considerations
