IoT became the design language for the future smart infrastructures. Therein, IoT devices are sensing the changes and delivering the data through some ecient radio, while the whole system is meant to be power ecient. In this paper, we gather state-of-the-art technology for building IoT device and analyze the power consumption of the whole system, therefore providing the useful estimate on possibilities to use it in the future infrastructures. Furtheron, specic use case is given that justies the adoption of the device in the real environment.
