During the last fifty years, health protection has gradually acquired a central and strategic relevance at international level. This document describes a new multidimensional model for EU28 National Health Systems. The results come from an in-depth study on health protection in these countries from both a qualitative (related legislation/literature) and quantitative (Principal Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis) point of view.
