This paper describes the pedagogical aspect inherent to the Court’s philosophy of the sixteenth century. The formative proposal of Agostino Nifo consists in the education of the courtier addressed to make him an effective counselor in relation to the sovereign in order that he realize a government based on justice, in turn, based on the Aristotelian doctrine of the middle way.
