Knowledge Hub (KH) is an innovative knowledge management system (KMS) enabling Regional Innovation Leadership (RIL). The core of its architectural model is a knowledge base (KB) based on several domain ontologies. This KB contains resources indexed by semantic assertions, expressed by a set of RDF statements, according to ontologies represented in RDFS format.
