In this paper we aim to describe a “Learning in Doing Environment” (LINDE) Model, working in an e-Learning context, for Higher Education institutions. We define a LINDE Model as an e-Learning based environment, where thinking, studying and acting are strongly correlated to reinforce and improve the effectiveness of the cognitive processes of the learners. Starting from the concrete experience of the learners and of the mentors, entrepreneurial capabilities are also enhanced. The model is supported by an integrated e-learning and knowledge management platform developed according to the promising technologies of the Semantic web (Barnes-Lee, 2000). As an experimentation site we present the e-Business Management School, where knowledge management, integrated with e-learning technologies, tries to foster the growth of learning communities in entrepreneurial studies.

Abstract
As an experimentation site we present the e-Business Management School, where knowledge management, integrated with e-learning technologies, tries to foster the growth of learning communities in entrepreneurial studies.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
